By accessing or using Color Memory Master (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Use of the Service

• You agree to use the Service for lawful purposes and not to engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ data.

Accounts and Authentication

• Authentication is provided via Google Firebase Authentication. We do not handle or store your Google password.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

Content and Data

• You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited right to process your data to operate and improve the Service.
• We use Firebase Realtime Database to store user settings and game-related data under your user ID. Access is governed by Firebase security rules.

Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Google. "Google" and related marks are trademarks of Google LLC.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
